If you're talking on the phone while you're driving, you're being a crappy driver. I've never, EVER seen anyone disprove this.

wanna know something even scarier? i know people who not only talk on their cell and drive but will also TEXT MESSAGE and drive!!! now that, my friend, scares the crap out of me.
